Q: What do you do with my physical mail after it is scanned?

A: We hold your physical mail securely for up to 30 days. During this time, you can ask us to securely shred it for free, store it longer, or forward the physical copy to you. If we don’t hear from you after 30 days, we securely shred and recycle it to protect your privacy.

Q: Do you accept courier packages and parcels?

A: Yes! We accept parcels, boxes, and trackable courier deliveries from all major networks (NZ Post, DHL, FedEx, etc.).

Q: How much does it cost if I want my parcel forwarded to me?

A: If you cannot pick up your package and need it shipped to your home or office, we charge the exact cost of the NZ Post courier ticket + a flat $5 handling fee to cover packing materials and dropping it off at the post office. We will send you a quick payment link before shipping it out.

Q: Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?

A: Yes, easily. If you are on our Month-to-Month plan, you can cancel or change your cycle at any time with zero cancellation fees. For our 3-Month and 1-Year plans, you unlock heavy discounts upfront for committing to that timeframe.

Q: Are there any hidden setup or sign-up fees?
